In 1997, the Marriott Southern Arizona golf Invitational was inaugurated with the goal of raising much needed funds for important local charities. The event brings together some of Tucson’s most respected business and community leaders for a day of golf and networking followed by a lavish reception and dinner. Each year, the event continues to grow and flourish. Last year alone we raised nearly $60,000 and since the tournament’s inception, over $170,000. The tournament is held at the incredible Starr Pass Golf Club, a challenging desert mountain golf experience.
This year the event will be held on Friday, November 9, 2007 with a dinner reception to follow at the JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort & Spa. We continue to build our proud history of supporting the Tucson community in 2007.
We look forward to teeing off for the best year yet with entertainment provided by:
Comedian Magician Shawn Greer during Dinner
and
Live Music from The Encore Band.
